  1. GOOGLE THAT UPPPP!!

  2. first wash your hands, then apply oil, and then apply pressure.

  3. Don't put pressure directly on the spine.  It is okay to work on the sides of the spine but you can hurt someone with direct pressure on the spine.

  4. There is no "simple" back massage... but if someone is giving you a back massage, and stopping a lot....that sux! Just keep going....if you can't think of something "creative" just "kneading" the shoulders is always good....just don't keep stopping. (that's so annoying!)

  5. use ur hands

  6. use hands, oil

  7. Warm oil or cream.

    The back is easy.

It doesn't do much to massage bone, and the back of the ribcage and shoulder blades are bone.

The lower back muscles, shoulder, and the very center of the neck should be the points of focus.

There are two points in the very center of the shoulder blade that are very sensative (right in the center, you can find them on yourself.

There is also a long spot on either side of the spine.

So, the points you should focus on, you can reach on your own back.

Take your thumb and press along either side of your spine, and in the center of your shoulder blade.

  8. follow the body's natural contours

  9. Rub along the sides of the spine, you will feel the muscles on either side of it as long rop-like muscles from the top to the bottom.  It feels great to rub along them.

Also pay attention to between the shoulder blades and the back of the neck.  Feels really nice.

Use lots of variation - use your whole palm in circles that sort of stick to the skin and pull it around, then glide all the way down the back.  Use the back of your hand and glide down the back and kind of hook in the low back at the pelvic bone (be gentle).  Use your thumbs or fingers in the area between the shoulder blades.  LIFT the skin along the middle back, back and forth between your hands.

Just do what you think would feel good if someone did it to you!

  10. never break physical contact with the skin...keep constant motion.

  11. Use good lotions to massage, dont do it dry becuase it can hurt the body...When your are going to do the massage, make gliding stokes on the back with lotion. Oil is good to use but makes it really oily and sticky.... Massage the shoulders first in a round motion, when massaging the back just keep doing gliding stokes...sounds dumb but trust me it feels good.... Massage the palms of the hand, it feels great even though it is not on the back but it is awsome. For the end massage the neck softly and head. That makes them crazy... I hope this helps

  12. at first, dont apply too much pressure, it can hurt more. Then work your way up to working out the soreness of the muscles just to the side of the spine, and make sure to not squeeze too hard on the muscles on top of the shoulders, more like a caress, not like your trying to squeeze the pain out, but gentle. Oils, and lotion are good, but you can also used it as a nice additive to washing you partners back. and It's fun.
