What are some tips to make your arabesqing leg go higher in ballet?

  1. stretch alot

    strengthen your quads, hamstrings, and calves

    get flexible


  2. A good way is to get your splits.

    Then when you have them put dance mats on the floor,

    1 in front and 1 behind you.

    Then go into your splt and see if you can still touch the ground.

    Keep adding mats!

    Another good thing to do is always stretch out your back!

    Also you can practice dancing with weights on your legs and it will make your legs go higher!

  3. strenghten the muscle and get those splits down also work really  hard with your kicks and heel stretches to help stretch out your leg

  4. well  working on your thigh muscles will help and make sure to keep stretching and try to get those splits down

  5. Try some pilates! It helped me SO much! Except I got sore.
