What are some tips you have for running a yard sale?

I'm moving soon (I hope) and I'm having a yard sale this coming weekend on Saturday and I was just wondering if you have any tips for drawing people to the yard sale or some good things to sell? I'm having this yard sale in hopes of people putting in a offer for my house and drawing more attention towards it. Any advice/tips? Thank you.

put posters up around the neighborhood and when you go to the local deli ask them to put your papers in the store about the yard sale

Put 'moving' in your advertisments.

People that shop at yard sales on a regular basis know that people who are moving usually have the best bargains.

Don't give your items away cheap - negotiate all the time to get the best price.

Watch out for people who steal stuff.
