Their is no treatment outside of steroid injections and you can only have 3. However, if you get the injection and then have some PT, chances are it will not return. Best of Luck

I got "tennis Elbow" from grouting my shower for several hours. it took months to feel halfway better. i had to wrap it with an elbow bandage that i got from Walgreen's to keep it tight. Then after i moved to Texas, i discovered a treatment called Arrosti.  It's awesome. I have no pain or tightness at all anymore.

Check it out online. It's a rapid recovery therapy used often for sport injuries but also just for anyone. They work deep into the Fascia tissue to loosen the tension.  I'm not sure if it's anywhere but Texas yet though.
