What are some tricks to get through to a competition on radio disney?

I really want to win the jonas brothers tickets for the competition on radio disney. are there any tricks to get through to the radio station?

Well, I found that you seem to get through more on a land line versus a cell phone, but have mulitiple phones. I have used 14 at one time. Other than that, I don't know.
