  1. Poutine. It's absolutely delicious! It's french fries covered in gravy and melted cheese curds!

  2. Poutine!

  3. I like beaver tails very much, I wish it was an internationally famous food so that I can find it everywhere I go.

I don't think the same when it comes to poutine, though.

Canadians also have some good relish recipes for hamburgers and hotdogs.

Don't forget the McIntosh apple, by the way.

Also, ginger beef, Montreal-style bagels and desserts made with maple syrup.

  4. Many are British.

When my Amercian relatives come to visit, they like

    crumpets

butter tarts (like pecan pie, without the pecans)

    maple syrup

    back bacon

    poutine

    screech

    Tim Hortons coffee and donuts

    beaver tails

    tortierre

edit:  ok both those guys above me made me look like an idiot, but I was typing a lot.  And three votes make it an artery clogging hit!

  5. Poutine.

edit: okay, that guy above beat me by 3 seconds and made me look like an idiot.  But at least the 2 votes validate the dish.
