Maybe Appliance Smart, but I don't know if they sell TVs.  The best thing might be to search ebay and narrow your search by 50 miles of your zip code (you can do that on the left hand side of the screen).  that will show you the people in this area trying to sell their used TV.  or try craigslist or the freecycle network for c-bus.
