    Vegetarian protein: beans, nuts, soy products, dairy, wholegrains, the list goes on.

    The Vegetarian Society says:

    Slim Fast  high protein strawberry is a protein shake, but it tastes great and also controls hunger.

    Peanut butter, nuts, seeds,and whole grains are also good sources.

    I wouldn't recommend tofu unless you know how to cook it well...

    Just stay the course, I've been vegetarian for a couple months now, my body's looking better already and I have way more energy.
