  1. Sloping runway.  Sloping horizon.


  2. Here are some I know.

    Auto kinesis is caused by staring at a single point of light against a dark background, such as a ground light at night for more than a few seconds. After a few moments the light will appear to move on it’s own. This situation can be somewhat confusing.

    Then there is also night myopia. When there is nothing ahead for your eyes to focus on ( dark sky) your eyes focus on a point 3 to 6 feet in front of you. This causes near sightedness. Another example of an illusion is an up-sloping runway or one that is narrower than usual. These create the impression that you are a bit high on approach.
