What are some volunteer projects that i can organize over the summer?

im 17 and i want to do more than just the normal volunteering, as ive already done TONS of that and still do it regularly. But i want to organize a couple events over the summer. Maybe something that has to do with gobal/local poverty, fights against cancer/hunger, helping to stop global warming, etc. I also live on a military base so i could also do something to help the soldiers in iraq.

any ideas would be GREAT!

A good start would be to help the soldiers in Iraq. Since you live on a military base.. it should motivate you even more!

You might also try to find things for younger children to take part in. Children need something positive that they can do in order to make them feel good about themselves.
