i can not go to the gym or i dont have an machines so how can i loose belly fat

  2. What you eat is a huge factor in losing belly fat. You have to cut out junk food, sodas, sweets ..and also exercise. If you cant go to the gym try running. It is very affective, or rope jumping, which is even better. And you can start doing sit-ups. If you are a beginner start with 20, next day 30, next 40 and so on..And also, dont eat late everything you eat late just sits in your stomach because it isnt used for energy so it turns to fat. Dont expect to see result very fast, it takes time to lose belly fat. Be patient and best of luck!

  3. Jog outside, tennis etc...or just dance for 30mins a day to your fav. tunes

  4. sit-ups! intense sit-ups. do 300 hundred every other night and just keep increasing. sit ups do work, rome wasnt built in a day.
