What are some ways I can improve my jumps in cheering?

I mean my toe touch whips, I can't get very high.

I mean they look really good and whatever, but the height in them is lacking.

How can I improve this?

  1. Then you could practice at home call a friend from cheerleading that you know if really good and ask them to help you out a little


  2. a trampoline REALLY helps!

  3. jumping exercises. my gymnastics coach gave these sites to me, and taught me something that works great.

    also stretch a lot.

    and now, for what i was actucally TOLD to do.

    okay, so practice rebounding over and over again.

    also, put your hands on your hips, and bend down a little. then jump up as high as you can. do 8 of these jumps (in a row), and 4 sets of them, twice a day.

    so, 4 sets of 8, 2 times a day.

    these worked really good when i was trying to jump higher for my jumps and my bhs.

    also stretch out a lot.
