What are some ways I can make someone sound like a unfit mother to get full custody Of a child?

what are some legal ways I can get full custody Of my child I want the mom to lose all rights. I know for a fact she has been in jail for possession of drugs. Evan though it happened 2 years ago she is currently in NA. Is there a way I want to make all decisions for the baby because her judgement might be clouded. I realy just want the baby to be happy Is ther some way I can do this. I can provied a better home I just know I can.

you just posted a question a little while ago about trying to get custody so that you could give the baby up for adoption to weasel out of paying child support.  Now you want to take the baby away from the only decent parent he has so he'll be "happy".

All you can do is tell the truth... If you get cought lying in court *streching the truth* you could be arrested yourself for purgury and loose custody all together!! so #1 is tell the truth...

you could hire a Private Investigator if you think she is still doing things to endanger the baby, but if he/she can't get any proof your out of luck...

Most judges will not terminate a mothers perental rights unless it is extreamly necessary, and your case doesn't seem as so. if she is going to na as you stated than that probably means she is not currently doing drugs and is taking the responcible route to recover and a judge will most likely agree.

Don't forget it was your judgment that led you to have relations and make a baby with this woman; now you have to deal with her for the next 18+ years.

Wow, a little vindictive.

You can't MAKE someone sound unfit.  They either are or they aren't.  You petition the court for custody and, along with your lawyer, present the reasons you feel the mother is unfit.

I just read your other questions on this subject.  You need some serious help buddy.  I hope you never get to see this child.  There is no way that even a s***k crack w***e could be worse for this child than you.

If you make accusations against your ex-wife (or whoever) that are found to be not true at all, it hurts YOU, not her.  Especially if its revealed that you are purposefully lying.  The fact that she's in NA and has potentially been clean for over 2 years helps her case alot.  They won't take the child from the mother unless there is clear proof of neglect, child endangerment, child abuse and things like that.  You haven't listed any reasons why you think she's an unfit mother other than the fact that she USE to be on drugs.  Lots of people USE to do lots of things and are now great parents.  It looks like you don't have a case at all.

The mother of your child made a mistake, and by the sounds of it, since she is in NA, she realizes that and is trying to turn her life around.  She has just as much right to your child as you do, I'm appalled that you would try to fabricate things just to take your child from her.

expalin everything to ur lawyer or a judge for that matter....bing her to court for a custodu battle.....on the judge or whoever it is will decide if she is a unfit mother......cas will be involved and they will figure that all out for u......they wont go by ur word they will have to figure it out on there own....hold in there though i feel for u......if she is that bad she doesnt deserve to have and raise that child....

Seriously, this is wayyy too much effort to be trying to avoid paying child support. It's easier just to pay up.You don't have to rob the child of a decent life. You helped make the kid, give him/her a few bucks now and then. The law isn't that strict on deadbeats anyways.

You don't want to provide a home.  You want to put the child up for adoption so you don't have to pay child support or did you suddenly have a change of heart.  If she is such a horrible person, why were you with her?  Own up to your responsibility and leave this poor child alone.  And by the way,  referencing the drug issue: didn't you just reply to someone with swelling under the tongue that you had this after a bong hit and told someone that was trying to make money to sell their parents' jewelry and tools.  You are a real piece of s**t.

Only with actual truthful facts.  You must be able to prove them.  courts don't like to take children from their mothers, esp. when the mother is trying to clean up her life.
