  1. Stress is a very easy thing to get over and here are some tips you can do to relive stress.

    1. Meditate in a quiet room and take deep breaths.Let go of all your cares and worries.

    2. Listen to your favourite kind of music and get into the beat. Maybe you wanna try dancing with it?

    3.Talk to a friend. Pouring out your problems would be better than keeping them bottled up.

    Well, here are some tips i can think off. Stay happy and good luck!


  2. Get more sleep. Lots of stress is easily removed just by getting eight hours a night. Like, tonight, sleep as long as you can. The next morning, you'll wake up feeling great!

    Do things you enjoy, like swimming or reading...don't think about things you don't like or are bothering you.

    Also, YOGA. It stretches you out, lets you breathe deeply, you can easily rent a video or borrow a book on it, and it leaves you energized and feeling great. It's not really a guy thing though, but so what? It can be you special secret for relieving stress. Good luck. Hope this helped.
