if you are talking about the flood victims i know for a fact that drinking water is hard to come by when you have muddy river water and raw sewage everywhere or you could go there and throw sand bags those are the two most important things you can do.

Been there and done that and did not buy a t-shirt.  It is a sad thing to watch house and memories get ruined by all that water.
