What are some ways i can improve hand eye coordination for baseball ?

what you can do is if you are a lefty batter bite your right sleeve while batting. and if you are a righty then bite your left sleeve. this would help you not move your head alot and you will see the ball better!

Have someone pitch plastic golf balls to you.  Use the same bat you use in a game.  You'll find that you really do need to keep your down and your eye on the ball.

video games WILL NOT help you with baseball skills!

If you want to improve your batting, use a broom stick to hit wiffle golf balls.  Once you can consistantly hit a small ball with a skinny stick, hitting a baseball with a bat is a piece of cake.

For fielding, throw a ball against a wall and field the ground ball that roll back at you.  Do this 100 times a day and you will steadily gain confidence and skill.
