  1. There's no such thing as losing weight easily. Sorry. But probably the easiest way to lose weight would be making it fun, because the hardest part about exercising is when you hate doing it or when it's painful and stuff right?  You need cardio exercises to burn off fat, and strength training to tone up.

    Well before hitting the treadmill, elliptical trainer, or exercise bike, if you have a portable audio player, like an mp3, download like 15 songs of fast pace music that makes you happy and jumpy. And when you're running, sing the lyrics in your head while you watch tv. They usually have a tv in the gym. Most of the time, you'll forget you're running... Or, if singing in your head doesn't work, if they have the captioning on the tv, try reading them to yourself as you run (if whatever is showing is interesting).

    Then for strength training, there's only one fun exercise that I know is for your abs. Make sure you've got a lot of room on a carpeted floor. Sit indian style with your hands clamped to you legs (shins) and roll around the floor. Because you're not using your arms and legs, you only using momentum and abs to roll. Do it for like 10 minutes during a tv show until a commercial break.
