  1. SPLIT: use a raised floor or a step or mat and put one leg on it and one leg off to work over splits, hold for 45 seconds then put your hand up and hold for 15. switch to work all legs 2 times.

    TOE TOUCH: middle over splits, also spread your legs while your sitting down and reach down to the middle. hold for a minute. hip flexors are good for this too. stay in the same position as the last stretch and put one hand between your legs and the other out. raise one leg and and make a small circle 20 times. switch. do both.

    HEEL STRETCH: get into the left leg splits and lay on your stomach. grab your front foot and pull your body towards it as far as you can. the hip flexors will work well for this too.

    SCORP: get into the right leg splits and work on pulling the left (back) leg up towards your head. also get a rope and stand and put the rope around your foot and pull it up.
