What are some ways that i can become more flexible?

next year i want to try out for cheerleading. (this year i missed the tryouts)

i want to get my splits down and when i do my toe touch i want my legs to go higher.

what are some ways i can do that???

    but for real stretch

    and do ur toe touches on a trampoline first and use leg weights too 3 pounds


  2. i am trying out for the dance team in high school, but like you, i need to be ready for the tryouts.. i usually start out by stretching every morning after i wake up and just before i go to bed. it really helps ive almost got mine down..
