Question:

What are some ways to cheer me up?

Hey, there. D= I've had a terrible week so far. Starting Tuesday, I started high school. That might not sound so bad, but I had only gotten four hours of sleep on Monday night. Not purposefully, of course..but I just couldn't get to sleep. I woke up several times, and after a while of tossing and turning, I'd go back to bed. When I arrived at school, I was so nervous that I remained nauseous the whole day. Wednesday was only a little better, but very long - and everyone just kept bothering me. I had told them I was in a bad mood, and that it would be better if I was left alone..but after I told them, it just seemed as if they were -trying- to annoy me. Kinda like when someone keeps poking you, knowing that you'll eventually get angry. By the end of the day, I had homework that took hours to complete, a headache, and I was exhausted. I couldn't go to bed after finishing my homework either, because I knew that I wouldn't be able to sleep that night if I did. Then there's today. We just started working out in gym, so I'm sore from head to toe. More homework and more (if not worse) exhaustion. I do go to bed at a reasonable time, but each day, I seem to get very tired. Also, today, my mom has pestered and continued to put an unfair amount of pressure on me. Yeah, I understand some pressure..but what she's doing is totally unreasonable. Plus, she's never done this to my siblings. I'm the youngest, and as soon as my sister graduated last year..My mom's put major pressure on me. I have told her how I feel, but she simply tells me to 'get used to it' because later on in life, there will be a lot of pressure. I know that. But still.. Anyways, I've always done well in school. Better then my brother and sisters, anyway. I know that my grades are important, and I work hard to make sure I recieve good grades. But that doesn't seem to be good enough anymore. I'm doing the best I can! I wouldn't say it if it weren't true. So much for high school being fun (not that I expected it to be), huh? Now that you've heard about my bad days..I need some help in feeling better. I'm in a bad mood, I'm tired, and I don't feel particularly well. I do want to cheer up, but everytime I try..my mind just wanders back to these terrible last few days. I'm only fifteen so I can't really afford anything, because I've got $0. But does anyone have any simple, free suggestions to get me to feel better and to possibly get me through any other possible bad days? Thanks!
