What are some ways to fight fatigue whhile driving at night?

  1. Loud music, an open window, Pepsi Max, loud, crunchy food, and rest stops to get out and stretch a little helps. Try to start as early as possible so you do less driving in the dark. Even consider leaving the night before you planned to go just to get a few hundred miles finished before you start out the next morning (if that works for your schedule.) Also, know where you are going, what stops you plan to make, and when you plan to eat.


  2. I fell asleep at the wheel once only for a second and I woke up to the blaring horn of a semi I almost had a head on collision. I know better know. You can buy that 5 hr energy shot!! it works also u can chew gum, turn radio loud, roll ur window down, bite ur lip, pull over somewhere safe if you can't fight it, walk around, take a quick jog get ur heart rate up., talk to someone on the phone. good luck and stay safe!!!
