What are some ways to get a great SAT SCORE?

i really need your guy's help. I know the basic things like read, study vocab. but are there any specific ways or techniques or some books that really helped you guys with your SAT's. My gpa is not that high, so i an relying on my SAT score to get me in some colleges.

take an SAT class, and if its too late for you to do that, then review the test with someone who's taken it already, maybe from a grade above  you? The writing part is very important so start practicing your writing skills, and make sure you learn how to manage your time well...

Depending on when your SAT testing date is, I would say that taking pratice tests, at least 2-3 times. Make sure its quiet without interruptions. You'll know what areas you need to study harder. GPA and SATs aren't all that colleges consider - extracurriculars, *volunteering* , jobs, and the essay ou submit. Good luck.

Try sparknotes.com they have a study guide and tips for the SAT and other test. Take advantage of any study groups at school you might find different approaches to a problem.

go to collegeboard.com and sign up to recieve their SAT question of the day. They'll send you a different question each day in the form of an SAT multiple choice question. That has really helped me a lot. And start studying now! : )
