  1. every day practice saying s and put your tongue in the back of your teeth while saying s s s s s s s s s

  2. practice sentences and words you have problems with

  3. Go to a speach theripist.

I did, but I was in kindergarden and I couldnt say my "r"'s

  4. I had a lisp due to some orthodontic work.  I practiced some tongue twisters daily.  Several times a day I would get by myself and recite "She sells seashells on the seashore", "Better buy bigger rubber baby buggy bumpers" and things of the nature.  They may sound silly but if you keep saying them the lisp will fade and eventually go away.

I used to say mine till I messed up, start all over again and do it till I got it right.

  5. EST.

  6. Don't talk.

  7. going through treatment is the best way I know some people who did that and it really helped them

  8. areth youth gayth??

  9. Speech therapy.     A person can also cure themselves, using a recorder, to listen to how they talk, record it, play it back, and learn to use their tongue, lips and teeth to pronounce the "s" properly.

Most people haven't a clue on how to do this, so sometimes a speech therapist is the answer.

I had a lisp when I was in puberty, and trained myself to correct the condition.

  10. Say "seven swans swam swimmingly through seven seas" over and over!
