What are some ways to improve my stamina?

Like.. im learning to bboy and I get tired after a few toprock + 6 steps ;;

Any exercises I can do to improve my stamina? Or will it improve by itself as I keep practicing to bboy?

  1. Cardio, cardio, and cardio.

    Run, jog, stairclimbers, treadmills, sports, anything.  Anything that requires lots of cardio for sustained periods of time.


  2. try jogging for 20-30 minutes 5 days a week, and then try running (yes, there's a difference) for an extra 15 minutes once the 20-30 minutes jogg becomes less of a hassel. or try a steeper incline for the 20-30 minutes once u r used to the jogging
