i workout at the gym 3-4 days a week and i am curious... so i will take some tips thanks

  1. You can lift weights or do push-ups. You could also do pull-ups on a monkeybar at a park.


  2. Like triceps or biceps?

    Triceps respond best to freeweights. overhead dumbell and barbell extensions, french press, and paralel bar dips are the best tricep strength exercises. For tricep dips use a more upright body position.

    Biceps respond best to barbell, dumbbell, and incline bench curls.

    Keep reps in the 6-12 range for strength building.

    2-4 sets of each exercise.

    If you do 2 sets throw in a couple of negatives or forced reps at the end.

    Make sure you go until you can't move the weight a fraction of an inch anymore.
