  1. close your eyes and think of a place that you love, it can be at the beach or in a field of flowers, where ever you want and just breath slow and think of that place. it will work. good luck. betty.


  2. As you begin by breathing deeply, surround yourself with white light. Send out the intention that no negativity will attach to you, and you want to release any and all negativity that is currently on you and your etheric self. Ask that the negativity be dissolved, released, and turned to good. Open your crown chakra and asked to be filled with love and light. This light will fill any areas where negativity once dwelled.
