What are some ways to meet new people for a teenager?

Hi, i am 15 years old and have never been the most social guy in the world but i have a good group of friends. But they are all just at my small little school I want to meet some new people. Where some places were i can go to meet new people and how can i do it?

ummmmm u could go on myspace but thats not really all that safe. or u can walk around your neighborhood. join clubs.

myspace, facebook, stickam. which isn't always so safe

then there's always real life. meeting a friend of a friend, etc etc.

get involved in some clubs at school, or a city league sport.

get a job, co-workers are easy to befriend, because well, you HAVE to, to an extent.

ill give u this advice that i should have taken in hgigh school:  get involved.  join a sport, join a club, do SOMETHING that involves people.  u could probabaly be doin something productive right now while ur on here, meet new friends thru ur current friends, its called networking
