  3. haha really?  do you really type this way vince? , well i happen to have a cure for that blisters of yours:

    TREATING THEM:

Decide whether to prick or not to prick

-once you have a blister, you have to decide whats the best to do with it, that is, shoulkd you protect it and leave it alone, or should you prick it and drain the fluid? , experts say you should prick large blisters that are painful, while leaving intact smaller blisters that cause no discomfort, ALSO blisters that are likely break on their own should be drained by YOU, that way you can control when and how the blister is opened, instead of leaving it to chance.

Stick it- If a blister gives you pain, use a STERILIZED (dont be too dumb now) needle and stick it in the side of the blister, Just make sure the holes big enough that you can squeeze out all the fluid,

    for Sore Muscles:

Take it easy-everytime you exercvise your muscles are injured, it takes lots of hours for muscles to heal from exercise, soreness means a DAMAGE , and you should STOP exercising when you feel sore,

    Put yourself on ice

S-T-R-E-T-C-H - for cramps and spasms, gradually stretch the muscle out and youll get the muscle to relax
