Stop eating animals and become a vegan.  Animal production for consumption is the number 1 reason for global warming and environmental damage.  Check out these too websites: www.meat.org first and then go to www.goveg.com and read everything on their website.  You will never eat meat again and you will spread the word about going vegan.  We all need education in order to help save the planet.

Wash bigger laods of laundry instead of more, smaller loads

use less cars carpool it reduces the greenhouse effect which causes global warming(not good!!!) we could ruin the earth by polluting it!!!!!!!!!  i strongly blieve in global warming

1. Don't buy unnecessary items, emissions are from burning fossil fuels. More demand for "stuff" means increased emissions. North America thinks they are being very smart by having things made in China and China likes the economy because it means more money for their people.

Exporting manufacturing for cheaper labour means someone else is burning fossil fuels to generate electricity and their environmental standards are different. China then produces the toxic emissions and puts them into the atmosphere where they circulate the world.

2. Plant a tree and have students work with local experts to make sure any planting is ecologically sound for the area. There are Permaculture specialists on Yahoo answers that are available to answer questions.

Removing the trees and vegetation to put up building development is allowing solar radiation to GENERATE extreme heat buildings aren't designed or insulated for. We are reacting to the heat symptoms with ozone depletion and more toxic emissions. Air conditioning is really refrigeration and that should tell professionals there is a design problem.

Academia considers temperature in their calculators with great accuracy. I have that education and we couldn't see solar impact.
