  1. At home-open all the windows & shower.Go somewhere which have air-con-Shopping malls,restuarants,cinemas,library & swim.

  2. Do the opposite. Drink hot drink and take curry. Once you have sweated out all the sweat, your body will cool down. Drink lots of water (not cold / iced) to replenish the sweat which you have lost. Open up all windows to allow for better air flow.

  3. Wear thinner clothing, or if you're a guy just take off your shirt when you're at home.

  4. its hot, but pretty windy.. i am alright at home or out, when i'm home, i take a quick shower (often) then i switch on the fan and have a cold drink. When you are out, try to chill out at air-conditioned places. the bus, mrt, malls, movies..

  5. Take cold baths, go to shopping centres(free air-con^^),

go ice-skating, go bowling, go libraries.

Conclusion= go anywhere that has free air-con.

  6. Switch on the fan, or wear your briefs only...
