  1. crest white strips really do work. but whether they break away your enamel is another story. i'm not sure if they're actually good for you, but it wouldn't hurt to use them for a short period of time until you get to the desired whiteness that you want.

  2. white strips! they do work!   and there like 15$ at walmart.

  3. i have the same problem and i think ill follow some of the tips here but what i am doing is 2 times a day brush teeth then brush again with baking soda and the second time brush then rinse with peroxicide and then 2 times a week use the strawberry paste thing

  4. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM EXEPT I CANT WHITEN MINES BE CUZ I HAVE BRACES.BUT I TRIED COLGATE WHITENING WITH PEROXIDE AND BAKING SODA.THAT WORKS A LOT.

  5. Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html

  6. Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Rubbing the bark of walnut tree brightens the teeth. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/

  7. Strawberries and lemon are bad for your teeth because they are acid based. They'll only damage the enamel in your teeth and make your teeth extremely sensitive. You can use hydrogen peroxide and gargle with it at least two times a day before brushing your teeth. You can also add bicarbonate of soda to your tooth paste and brush for a few minutes. Good luck.
