What are some ways you can gain weight?

Now, before you start thinking "Why the h**l would somebody want to gain weight?!" Just read this, please.

I am the smallest person in my family, and also out of my friends.

I am 5'1, and 92 lbs. I'm not comfortable with being this small. Many people tell me it's adorable and I shouldn't feel this way, but I just want to gain some weight.

I have a very high metabolism, which is a big problem. Whatever I eat, how much I eat, it doesn't add a single pound to my body.

Now, please don't say "Go eat cakes, donuts, pies, and ice cream." Because I have tried that. More than once. I only end up getting sick to my stomach and throwing it all back up.

I would gain a few pounds. So if anybody knows any way, please share. Thank you.

  2. i know what you mean i want to gain weight too.  but it's probably pretty hard to gain much weight as a vegetarian.  i don't know if vegetarians eat dairy or not, but you could try eating proteiny foods like milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts, also lots of grain

  3. Well, you don't necessary have to pig out. This isn't the most healthy way to go about gaining wait. But if you really wanted to add a few pounds then pigging out may not work but eating foods that are high in fat content such as chips, pizza, etc. may work. If you're a vegetarian fast food is still fine. Taco bell makes their tacos and such without the beef or meat if you just ask them to. Taco bell food is high in fat content. You also might want to try midnight snacking. That usually works since your metabolism slows down while you're sleeping and you'd end up gaining a bit from doing that. Remember, pigging out won't help because it needs to be more gradual. Focus on a high fat diet for at least a week or two and you'll start to see results.

    And this is a warning but once you gain a lot of weight it's incredibly hard to lose it. Be sure that this is what you want. And if you overdo this you may become overweight, which is a lot worse than being skinny. Best of luck to you. I hope I helped.
