Start with www.collegeboard.com

Usually whatever college you go to will provide scholarship money. I would also recommend going to community college for 1 year because if you keep a 3.5 g.p.a. you will be able to join the "freshmen honor society" it costs like $50 bucks to join, but when you transfer you automatically get 5000-15000 in scholarship money without applying.
