I do not know of any. Realism was developed in the Baroque period that followed the Renaissance. Romanticism was a 19th century movement that was a reaction against the French Academy. It said that emotion had as much or more value in painting than thinking does, basically. The paintings of the Renaissance are the ultimate ones in the Mode of Relief. They are concerned with the 3-D effect, rather than with light and shadow that one must consider in Realism. Paintings appear to be colored sculptures.
