i am 135 5'8 and 15my pool is now openand i would love to know some things i can do other then just swimming lenghts to give me a good work out.normally i am a runner but i have shin splints so my insturctor taught me a new way to run, and for now just to do low impact things like swimming and bikeing.so if you could tell me a nice workout i could do in my pool that would be SWEET !thanks ! : )
