  1. I play d-end in college for a D3 football team.

    It all depends on what type of d-end your defense calls for. If your team blitzes a lot then you don't necessarily have to be a great pass rusher so you could work on getting stronger with you bench, squat, and dead lift.

    If your defense relies on the d-line getting pressure then I would definately recommend getting faster and more explosive by working on your squat, clean, and 40. It also wouldn't hurt to add some explosive plymetrics and do some agility drills.
