  1. Squats really build muscles in you legs. Its helps your lower back and legs. You bend you torso down like your are ready to do leap frog, but you keep your hands off the ground and you come back up and repeat.

  8. Squats are the king of all bodybuilding exercises. As they work your whole leg, gluts, butt, inadverantley also stablizing core muscles and arm muscles.

Doing a real squat requires holding some type of weight (usually a barbell across your shoulders) and squatting until your butt touches the floor. the main muscles that get hit are your upper legs and butt (quads and glutes) but once you start working with heavier weights your whole body benefits.
