  1. You can buy fake owls and cats and set them near your garden.

  2. The best way to repel squirrels (without cutting your hair off, peeing in your yard, or spraying chemicals) is to use the ScareCrow.

It's a motion-activated sprinkler that shoots the squirrels with a stream of water.  It works very well!

    This website sells them: http://www.safepetproducts.com/pilot.asp...

Don't waste your money on a plastic snake or owl.  I've seen many squirrels and birds enjoying a little break on top of a plastic owl.  :-)

  3. Cats, Dogs and any type of prey birds, you could get some of those plastic owl decoys they sell at farm stores and put them out in your garden, but you'd have to move them around as they will notice they aren't moving and not be afraid of them after a while.

  4. As a hairdresser I've had several people ask me to save hair from haircuts I've done so they can sprinkle the human hair in their gardens.  Animals smell the human scent and it keeps them out of the garden.  It may work for squirrels too.  It's worth a try.

  5. My lab, ha.

  6. everything except acorns, nuts, and stuff they eat. anything that moves they run away from.

  7. I know this sounds gross, but I've heard that human urine sprinkled around the perimeter of the garden works for squirrels and other small animals.

  8. everything but nuts and trees and the ground

  9. You can get some kind of sonic device that you plug in and it makes a sound sometimes that you can hear part of but sometimes you can't hear at all and it scares away critters like that.

  10. Owls and snakes, which is why they sell inflatable dummy ones.   Hunting places and some hardware stores sell fox urine which is unbelievably stinky and obviously threatening to squirrels.

  11. brking dogs, snakes, giand rabid crazy sqirrel eating rabbits who hate the sight of nuts.

  12. Have you tried dusting your plants with Seven Dust to deter them from eating them?

  13. everything.
