they are points, basically, what for, i dont know, but you lose too many you wont be able to ask anymore questions, so you need them, if u are losing them, answer questions, that gets u like 2 points, if they get u best answer you get like 11 points, and if you ask a question and choose a best answer you get 5 points , but when u ask the question its -5 points.......but u get them back so its cool i guess.......
