  1. Have you ever heard of "YES Questions"?

    For every question you asked, the answer will be only YES.This technique was used successfully by the salespeople selling encyclopedia many years ago..You can use it for cold calling too.

    Let me give you an example of YES Questions.

    Let's say you are selling supplement pills for health benefits.This is how you should approach your prospect.

    You:"Hi, there Mr.Prospect.I'm Mr.ABC from XYZ       company.Do you mind to spend 2 minutes now answering few questions?"

    Prospect:Yes

    You:Do you have a family?

    Prospect:Yes

    You:Do you love them?

    Prospect:Yes

    You:If you got the chance will you give the best for your family?

    Prospect:Yes

    You:Do you know that anyone can get disease easily?Including yourself and your family

    Prospect:Yes

    You:Would you like learn FREE health tips to prevent disease and live a healthy life?

    Prospect:Yes

    Research has proved that the more YES your prospect say,the more you increase their buying desire.

    I asked 6 questions above. From general to specific. This is the way to approach anyone.When cold calling,you aim is to make sure that the prospect come and meet you.After the sixth question, you should immediately try to fix an appoinment with them.Look at the 6th question,"I offered to give FREE health tips".Of course the prospect want it.So while you're offering FREE tips, try to promote your products.
