Everybody has this problem:

I think listening to music. Just stuff you enjoy listening to.

Play some games which are linked to you. eg. Rugby 08 if you're a passionate rugby player. You could also player "classic" games such as tetris to keep your mind active.

Reading a book doesn't hurt, or you could just pop on the TV
