  1. Metro, in Hungary.

  2. While I was in London. England there weree called the TUBE.

Hope that is of some help.

  3. the underground is in london

  4. London - the "tube" or the "underground".  A "subway" in London is usually a pedestrian tunnel under a road.

    Paris - "Metro"

    Moscow -"Metro"

You have the answers for Italy and Germany.

  5. It depends on the country - in England, it's called the Tube.  In Italy, it's called the Metropolitana.  In Germany, it's called the S-bahn.  Lots of other countries just call it the Metro.

  6. the tube

  7. The underground railways in Europe are called different things in different countries.

But most countries accept 'metro' rather than 'subway' (that is rather American).

In Paris it is called the metro

London: the tube or the underground

    glasgow: SPT subway

    Tyne and Wear: The Metro

(The tube, The Metro and the SPT subway are the only underground railways in Britain!)

In Barcelona: Metro de barcelona (spanish name)

so as you can see more research might be needed!

  8. differnt in every city...Tube,Metro, underground...

  9. My best friend is from England and she always calls the subway-the tube.  I didn't know what she was talking about at first.
