What are subway's employee benifits?

Subway unfortunately varies. The subway I work at, does not provide any sort of benefit for its employees. But there is one I worked at, where the Owner offered a tiny bit of money if you wanted to be withheld out of your paycheck for medical insurance. Thats only if the owners are nice enough to do that. Most subways unfortunately do not offer anything for the employees.
