What are symptoms of colic?

i need to know what to look for i just spent 3hours walking and just need to know.... i called the vet but i need more like "i saw it with my own eyes"

  1. Usually, the horse will stop eatting, refusing any sort of food, water and just overall listless. That's usually the beginning signs. Pawing and pacing can also be early signs.

    Then, you'll get belly biting, and attempts to roll. That's really when you have to keep them walking. You'll also get groans by now as well. Breaking out into sweat from the pain.

    It's not fun at all. I've had that happen to my horse twice in the past 5 years.
