Tabs are those useless tiny numbers surrounded by centuriae of tiny hyphens in loose formation in the six rows (mostly) each fronted by a flag bearer (EADGBe). They useless, learn to read real sheet music.

They are for reading,understanding, and playing music. Each line represents a string, each number represents the fret the string is held.
