  1. Spanish food.

  2. The tastiest god d**n thing you ever will nibble! xx

  3. Tapas is the name for a wide variety of appetizers in Spanish cuisine. They may be cold, such as mixed olives and cheese, or warm, such as puntillitas, Andalusian battered, fried baby squid. In the United States and the United Kingdom, tapas have evolved into an entire cuisine; at Spanish restaurants, patrons may order many different small tapas, and combine them for a full meal.

  4. Tapas are little portions of food  like olives, Small sandwiches, Pieces of bolied octupus, fried crocettes, small pieces of ham.... ect. They 'used' to be served free in the south of spain with a glass of  beer or wine. The word Tapas come from the fact that the little saucer containing the food was placed on the glass like a lid- "Tapa"  The word for lid in spanish. Unfortunatley Now  they are no longer free.... and if you keep eating all the stuff they propose you end up with the same bill  as if you had eaten a 3 course meal+wine...just for a snack .
