  3. i went to a restaurant in canada while on vacation and they made a bench out of old hockey sticks it was really cool

    they just the think piece of the goalie sticks for the arms

    and long pieces for where you sit

    and short but sturdy pieces for the legs

  13. When I was a kid, former Sabre Danny Gare was on my brother's paper route, and he had a rocking chair (?!?) made out of old sticks.  It was probably made of at least 20 of them, Northlands, if I remember correctly.

    I was too awestruck by looking into an actual hockey player's house to actually notice how they made the curved rocking part.  Plus, as 10 year old, I didn't really care about how it worked, I just thought it was f-ing cool!
