  1. DONT GO THERE

  2. They're OK.  It's better than to be unemployed and yes you can develop with them if you work hard and above all if the store manager and personnel manager like you.

    Best of luck!

  3. They are not too bad to work for and if you are willing to work hard they will recognise that.  If you want to train to be a manager they will support you.  The benefits are quite good too.  Discount card (only after you have worked there a year tho) free shares and the chance to buy them cheaply too, pension scheme and lots of other discounted deals.  The pay is not too bad either and you get a rise every year.

  4. hahahaha tescos. get a real job

  5. hi i can show you how to make alot more money in ur spare time if you want to know more call and leve ur details 0161 333 9533

  6. I worked for them part time and they are c**p employers.  The managers and supervisors are very harsh and the more you do, the more work they gave you.  They suggested I give up my degree studies so I could work more hours!!  I felt pushed into extra hours, and frankly the men are perverts.  The place was full of men trying to get laid!!!!!

  7. They pay well and offer promotion to anyone who works hard and shows ability.  If you work a certain number of hours each week you get a discount card for your shopping and you can get shares.

They often believe in throwing you in at the deep end when you begin. But generally they're pretty fair and don't discriminate against anyone.

  8. Honest opinion?  Like any big retail outlet, you can do well if you show commitment and flair ( and yes that means long hours and hard work ). But, if you stay at ground level, you will just remain an underpaid minion.  Tescos is big, rich and powerful and that comes from a big market share and low wages.  But, you convince them that you are really good and useful to them, and you can illustrate that you have managerial skills, you should do better than most.  Good luck.

  9. A few of my mates said they are terrible to work for like the 1st answerer said .... don't go there

  10. Ha i lasted a month , i hated it  but it depends on you it maybe the right job for some people but wasn't for me.
