Actually cola is not a flavor. Not sure where you got the list, it is well designed. The cola should be replaced by chocolate. Dr. Pepper does not release the info on the 23 flavors. They did at one time, but now it is considered a trade secret. The list from the first poster is of the original flavorings, but some of the ingredients have changed.

Cola is no longer considered a flavor, because of the fact that the word has been so widely used and now has a generic meaning to it. Rum is no longer used either.

After they changed up the flavor in the 70's they no longer released the ingredients or the 23 flavors because they considered it to be a trade secret.
