  1. catching, passing and tackling

if you can do this you'll be sweet

  2. Knowledge of the game, like Dan Carter,Have no fear like Riche McCaw & Justin Collins, and having a massive sidestep like Tana Umaga...Yea!!!

  3. Stamina-

    Communication-

    Not being afraid to bruise...

or were you looking for something like "agility, strength, speed?"

  4. Kick, pass, tackle

  5. confidence,

    fitness,

    determination,

with these three you can play anywhere you want and progress quick.

  6. the 2 laws of rugby are

    1 GO FORWARD

    2 SUPPORT

the 3 essentials i would say would be endurance knolwedge and mental toughness. if a team has these they can go very far. u cant fake skill but id rather hav a team that works well together than a team of individuals that wont pass

  7. Fitness is essential because without it professional players can't even get a game. Than the 3 D's defence, discipline and da dackle.

  8. Well that guy has got it but i think

you can't do those without these:

Get Fit ! ............. no drugs

Practise - the game, Practice - your kicking

Study the tactics , watch games , know the game

then do the other stuff, like the guy said above me.
